We all know how important it is to look after our physical health — but what about our mental health?
We’re passionate about making mental health part of everyday life. That’s why we offer Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training — practical, down-to-earth courses that give you the skills and confidence to support someone who may be struggling.

So… what is Mental Health First Aid?
Think of it like regular first aid — but for the mind.
It’s about:
✅ Spotting the early signs when someone’s not okay
✅ Knowing how to check in and what to say
✅ Supporting someone without judgment
✅ Signposting them to the right kind of help
You don’t need to be a mental health expert. You just need to care — and be willing to learn.
Who is it for?
Honestly? Everyone.
Whether you’re at home, at work, in a classroom or the community — MHFA gives you tools you’ll use more than you think.
You’ll benefit if you’re a:
Manager or employer who wants to support your team
Teacher, coach or youth worker
Healthcare professional
Friend, parent, or partner who wants to be there for someone
Or just someone who wants to better understand mental health
What courses do we offer?
We know everyone’s time and needs are different — so we’ve made it flexible:
🕓 Level 1 (4 hours) — A great introduction to mental health first aid
📅 Level 2 (1 day) — For those who want to build confidence and deeper knowledge
📚 Level 3 (2 days) — Our most comprehensive course with a nationally recognised certification
All courses can be run virtually or face to face — but we find people get more from it when it’s in person.
Why does it matter?
Because 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem each year.
Because a single conversation can change someone’s story.
Because knowing how to listen — really listen — is something we all need more of.
