We’re pleased to offer a cost-effective Block Booking Package for site inspections—ideal for clients who require regular or planned visits throughout the year.

This package provides flexibility, value, and ongoing support, helping you stay on top of health and safety across your sites.

📦 What’s Included

• 10 site inspections, booked and paid for in advance

• Flexible scheduling—confirm dates as needed

• Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

🚗 Travel Charges

• No mileage fee for sites within 40 miles of BS15 4PJ

• £0.55 + VAT per mile beyond this radius

⚠️ Important Information

• Each visit is based on a half-day rate (up to 4 hours), including travel, inspection, and reporting

• Full-day visits will count as two visits (agreed in advance)

• A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required to schedule visits

• Unused visits expire after 12 months (carry-over at our discretion)

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be deducted from your package

• 10% discount does not apply to retained clients on SSIP-only packages
