SITE INSPECTION PACKAGE

Our Block Booking Package offers a flexible and cost-effective way to schedule regular site inspections throughout the year. By booking in advance, you can plan proactive health and safety support while benefiting from flexible scheduling.

Each package includes five site inspection visits, with appointments arranged to suit your programme of works. All visits must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.*

Travel Charges

• No mileage charges for sites within 40 miles of BS15 4PJ

• £0.65 + VAT per mile for mileage beyond this radius

Important Information

Visit Duration

The package is based on each inspection taking up to four hours, including travel, the site inspection, and report preparation. Where a full-day visit is required, it will count as two visits. We'll always discuss this with you before confirming the booking.

Booking Notice

Please allow 14 calendar days' notice when requesting a site inspection. Requests made with less notice will be accommodated wherever availability allows.

Package Validity

Visits must be used within 12 months of purchase. Any unused visits will normally expire after this period, although extensions may be considered at our discretion.

Retained Client Discount

A discounted rate is available for retained clients but does not apply to SSIP-only retained service packages.

Cancellations

Cancellations or requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the visit being deducted from your remaining package balance.
