Aims

To give delegates an awareness of why people become aggressive and how to appropriately handle such situations.

Objectives

By actively participating in this course delegates will:

- Understand why people may become aggressive and how to recognise this
- Apply techniques to try and diffuse, rather than aggravate situations
- Be aware of actions to take should situations start to get out-of-hand
- Recognise the importance and benefits of reporting incidents
