A mutli-storey, new build, city centre development Bournemouth Tamarisk House is a state of the art, ‘Green’ building. The achieved an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating.
The building has been nominated for the 2008 Prime Minister’s ‘Better Public Buildings Award’.
Acted on behalf of DWP through the life of the project from inception to final delivery with specific responsibility for the Fit Out works and liaison and coordination of the departments key strategic partners.
The Project was delivered on time and below budget.
