As a part of our continuing development, Logic has successfully completed accreditation to the Investor in People standard. By achieving accreditation to this bench mark of performance management, We have re-enforced our commitment to be one of the top performing organisations in the field of business service and consultancy.
The management team recognise that their staff are a valuable asset of the business; involvement in the IIP programme has helped the management to identify those “best practice” management methods IIP is not just the province of management. On the contrary, it has something to offer every member of the company, and thus every member is encouraged to contribute in return; IIP is not a spectator sport. If people are to develop professionally then they must communicate with their colleagues, their managers, their clients, and so on. Communication is a two-way process and an essential ingredient of success, one of the principles of Logic is that we try to encourage as much open communication as possible. In addition, we have had the opportunity to review and improve many of our internal procedures; all this work has helped us focus upon what we need to do in order to continue to deliver the quality of service our clients expect and deserve. As we continue to grow, the work done to date, will stand us in good stead by creating further opportunities for staff development and growth which can only have a positive impact on the service our clients receive.
